What are you doing this weekend??
We'll be busy down at the HK International School Fair tomorrow. Pop in with the kiddos for some games, shopping, and of course, WINE!
Today's featured wine is our Chateau Fleur Haut Gassens 2007. This Bordeaux Superior is the perfect accompaniment for a meaty dinner. It's a deep ruby red and fills the nose (ha) with black fruits and a hint of strawberry. On the palate there is an instant rush of fruit; damson, cassis, black fruits; and it softens and has a long lasting finish. If I had to describe it in one word, I would say:
smooooooth.
