I hope you all had a lovely Easter vacation! Did you go anywhere interesting?? Try anything new or exciting?
To celebrate Easter, HOFWs held a wine tasting in Discovery Bay complete with traditional Irish music from Roy and Dave! Some of the libations included our lovely Barolo Albenza, spicy Chianti Classico Reserva and a summery Organic Sauvignon Blanc all paired with, you guessed it, foie gras and truffle sauce!
In the afternoon our Italian friend Giorgio came and shared Spanish ham, chorizo, and Paremesan with whomever stopped by to visit. We had the perfect afternoon of music, food, wine and music! Happy Easter!
