Tuesday January 22nd, we will have Giancarlo and Davide Ponte, brother winemakers for Carlin de Paolo, in to lead us in a tasting through the vintages. We will compare 4 Barbera d'Astis and 2 Barolo DOCGs to see the differences weather, wine making, and age can have on a wine!
With each set of wines we will present a course of food. There will be truffles and foie gras for appetizers, lamb, beef and vegetables with the reds, and a special dessert for the end.
